Product Disclaimer

All our pots are individually handmade and glazed, and whilst every effort is made to produce consistent work of the highest standard, inevitably slight variations in size and colour may occur.

Terms

Ordering goods from our website means that you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. When placing an order with We Make Pots, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling.

Product dimensions given are in centimeters and are approximate due to the nature of the processes we use. Please note that we may alter specifications of our products from time to time. Any changes will be notified on this website. Each product is handmade and therefore unique. No two pieces will be the same. Colours and glaze effects may vary. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow and glaze colours can vary from batch to batch. Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, no liability is accepted for any perceived variations between website depiction and actual product.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing and are exclusive of VAT as We Make Pots is not VAT registered. It may be necessary to change prices from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Pots can be ordered from us using our online ordering facility. Please go to the products section of the website, and follow the on screen instructions to add items to your order. The order becomes binding when accepted by us. Payment is due when your order is ready for dispatch. Acknowledgement of orders will be sent by email.

Orders can also be placed by post or telephone - please see our contact page for details.

Delivery

All of our pots are made individually to order so lead times can vary. Our lead times are generally two to four weeks, subject to quantity of pots ordered. We will normally dispatch goods within these lead times, however as all products are handmade this may be extended at our discretion. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date. All pots in a single order will be dispatched at the same time, as such the item with the longest lead time will dictate the delivery date of all items.

Delivery charges will be calculated once we have completed your order and packaged it ready for dispatch. We will always try to send your pots by the most cost effective method, either by courier or Royal Mail. Due to the varying costs of dispatching products worldwide, we would ask that all overseas customers contact us directly for a delivery quotation.

Should you have a complaint with a product we provide, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damages and Returns

If a pot arrives damaged, or a mistake has been made with an order, at our discretion we will replace the product at no additional expense to the customer. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, for any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the pots received carefully, and report any problems within 48 hours from receipt of goods. No liability will be taken for visible defects identified after having received a signed acceptance of delivery. No liability is accepted for conditions of use or storage within the customer's home after delivery which may affect the product in any way.
